Gratitude

Gratitude is something that should be done by everyone, no matter who you are, the President, a celebrity, whatever. Some people, however, think that it isn't necessary in life. Well, you are completely wrong. I was forced to wake up at 630 in a Saturday morning, to take my very selfish, rude, drama queen, twilight freak roommate to the airport. I was so so so angry!  She didn't go to bed until 3 while she was supposed to wake up at 5 to catch a bus to the airport. So, at 630, I wake up to sever dramatics (I swear she was trying to win an oscar) full of "its too late to make it home and such and such! Did she every try to make the next bus, oh no! So I being the nice angry grumpy person that I am, sat up in bed, and harshly said, if you want to make that freaking plane, pull yourself together, and get all your crap packed. I will drive you, but honey I don't have ANY gas, if you want to get there, you are going to have to pay. She at this moment was on the phone with her boyfriend or whoever, and immediately stopped crying and faking everything, saying Julia is taking me we're fine! You have NO IDEA how much I wanted to stay in bed, and make her learn a lesson. She needs to learn to be mature and responsible.  So, I drove over and hour in the snow and rain, to get her to the airport.....and guess what she did when we got there...She got out of the car, got her stuff, and left. No thank you, no goodbye, no happy thanksgiving....NOTHING! That made me even angrier! And I still haven't heard anything from her. She knew I was going to take her. She didn't even set her alarm, she woke me up at 630 to get her to her "family" which we all know, is her boyfriend.  She didn't even go home to see her mom or dad, just creepy kyle. I mean honestly how selfish do you have to be??? Her mom is working so hard to get her home and she doesn't even care. I'm getting so frustrated with everything! Its ridiculous! Ugh....I'm still so angry about saturday....so very very angry and so very very frustrated. So moral of the story, don't be a brat, and say thank you to everyone, even if it is to someone who doesn't do much for you, a thank you never hurt anyone! Happy Thanksgiving!!!!! :)
